Some of the services provided by the Client Services Division include but are not limited to:
Helpdesk – ServiceDesk (IT) requests
Computer Lab Support – 24-hour general labs, dormitory labs, department labs, VDI labs
Software Systems Administration – enterprise software systems
Event Support – orientation, check-in, open house, board meetings
Smart Classroom Support – daily wellness check, fast-response support
Personnel On-boarding – faculty/staff new hire processing
Training – End User training
Asset Management – Technology lifecycle management
