Staff and Faculty

If you need access for  Wildcat Web or Jenzabar EX, you must fill out the IT Request Access  Form & Confidentiality Agreement and submit the completed form to  the Office of Human Resources. Access will be then granted once Human Resources submits your request to CIT Help desk. Login Credentials will be then created.

If a faculty or staff member does not remember ID or Pin information, he/she can contact CIT Help Desk at helpdesk@cookman.edu or calling (386)-481-2070 or (386)-481-2071.

Students

If you forget your ID and/or Pin numbers, you can contact CIT helpdesk. If you are unable to see the top tab information listed on the wildcat web, please can contact CIT helpdesk at helpdesk@cookman.edu or calling (386) 481-2070 or (386) 481-2071.
