Where can I find my Dynamic Forms?

The Dynamic forms can be found via your Online Financial Aid account.

If you wish to review Dynamic forms that you have submitted you can visit the Dynamic Forms Homepage and check your forms history.

If your parents are unable to find the email from their student's forms, they can check the drafts section in the Dynamic Forms Homepage. All documents waiting on a signature from the parents will be located in the parent's draft folder.
