FERPA

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Release Form

  • The FERPA release form is completed by the student and provides B-CU with a list of individuals that you indicate may have access to information about your academic, financial aid, and student accounts information.
  • For full details on FERPA you can visit the Department of Education FERPA page.
  • The FERPA form can be found on the Current Students section of the Wildcat Web.
  • If you need to update the individuals who can have access to your account information please submit a new FERPA release form via the Wildcat Web. The new names will override the previous names submitted.
  • FERPA compliance is managed through Registrar's office. If there are any concerns with submitting your release form via the Wildcat Web, please email the Registrar’s office at registrar@cookman.edu.
